Nýdek - Filipka - Velký Stožek - Kyčery

The trail starts at the village of Nýdek and ascends steadily to run across the mountain meadows atop of Loučka / Filipka ridge, offering a glimpse of what a typical landscape of this remote rural part of the Czech Republic used to look like (there are even some native locals still living there apart from the prevailing weekenders). Just beneath Velký Stožek / Stozek Wielki the trail connects to the international hiking route running along the border which would lead you either to the PTTK chalet by Soszow (on route to the summit of Czantoryja) or Stozek Wielki (on route to Kiczory and Kubalonka mountain pass). Just be aware that the chalets tend to get pretty busy and crowded during weekends as they are easily accessible from the Polish side.
