Περιγραφή πορείας

Started the trail at the first gate at El Bâroûk forest. Climbed all the way up to the Lake. From the lake we had planned to take the Panorama Trail however there was way too much snow and we were not equipped and dressed well to take that route. So instead we optted to continue through the forest and walk towards the Maaser el Chouf forest to check out the Lammartine tree.

Rated this trail difficult because of all the snow we encountered. On a dry bright sunny day this trail will be ranked as Moderate.

NOTE: I got bitten by sand flies. This place is infested with them. Its been 3 weeks and I am still recovering and healing. Make sure to take the strongest insect repellent spray you have.
