A wonderful but strenuous ski trip on the Drangajökull ice cap. Although most of the snow had melted from lower elevations we managed to find snowdrifts in a river gully that allowed us to continue skiing all the way to the car we had placed at the terminus. Click "Drangajökull" (above) for photos.
